I started playing golf when I was 6 years old, after my Dad introduced me to Junior Lessons at King's Lynn Golf Club.
When I was 20 years old I started as an Assistant Professional under Chris Hanlon. It was a three and a half year course and I became fully PGA qualified in 1994.

When I became fully qualified I was awarded a Titelist Scholarship for being in the top 10 graduates that year.
